Training
The Climate Outreach Information Network (COIN) is Britain’s leading provider of climate change training courses. Using the latest education and action learning techniques we combine formal presentations with partner and group exercises and discussion. We aim to draw the best out of participants and encourage people to form their own ideas. In the development of our courses we draw on our own internal expertise as a communications organisation and our close links with the leading experts in the field.
In the past two years over 1,500 people have attended our courses. 96% of them rated the courses as very good or excellent. And, as participants keep telling us, the courses are highly enjoyable too.
‘Great fun - definitely not the usual lecture!’ Helena Nielsen
‘Rewarding and inspirational - never thought talking about climate change could feel so positive!' Ali Hines
‘I feel I have moved from amateur to (almost!) professional in just one day’s workshop. Thank you.’
Polly Higgins, “The Lazy Environmentalist”
